The 2013 World Famous Squares Proof Silver Four-Coin Set by the Perth Mint celebrates four of the most famous city squares in the world - St. Peter's Square in the Vatican, Red Square in Moscow, Trafalgar Square in London, and Tiananmen Square in Beijing. Each square-shaped coin portrays a color aerial scene by Aleysha Howarth of one of four famous city centers, and is made of 1 oz of 99.9% pure silver, giving a total weight of 4 oz for the set. These coins come in a display case that allows viewing of both the obverse and reverse, along with a certificate of authenticity. Mintage will be limited to 1,000 sets.

The obverse has Ian Rank-Broadley's effigy of Queen Elizabeth II, with the 2013 date and the denomination of one Tuvalu dollar, along with the weight and purity of the coin.
The reverse of each proof silver coin features a full color tableau of either Red Square, St. Peter's Square, Tiananmen Square of Trafalgar Square, with the most prominent building shown in silver. Above the scene is the weight and purity "1 oz 999 Silver" and below the scene is the name of the landmark.
