In 2006 the U.S. Mint released a limited run (10,000 total)
of gold sets to commemorate the 20th anniversary since the Gold Eagle Series's
inception. Struck at the West Point
mint, the set contains a Burnished 1oz coin, a Proof 1oz coin, and, for the
first time ever, a Reverse Proof 1oz coin.
