The 2009 Lincoln Bicentennial Cent Program is a tribute to President Abraham Lincoln. These coins represent a series of four designs, each representing a major aspect of the President's life. This item represents Lincoln's formative years in Indiana, and was designed by Charles Vickers. The obverse is the traditional portrait of Lincoln that has been in use since 1909. These coins come with an NGC rating of BU - Brilliant Uncirculated.
