Product Details

Pre-1965 U.S. "Junk Silver" circulated coins remains one of the hottest sectors of the retail silver market. Gainesville Coins sells $10 Solid Rolls of 90% Silver Quarters for those who are looking specifically for quarters in an easy to stack package. Junk silver is a popular way to buy silver, since there is no sales tax on U.S. legal tender coins.

Each roll will contain forty 90% silver U.S. quarters for a total of $10 face value, chosen randomly from 1932-1964 Washington quarters, 1916-1930 Standing Liberty quarters, and 1892-1916 Barber quarters. This means this $10 roll of Junk Quarters contains a total of 7.15 troy oz of silver.

The rolls are made from bulk pre-1965 quarters that have been hand-checked at Gainesville Coins to remove clad, holed, or gouged coins, then packaged in paper bank rolls.

Stock photo is for reference only. Date and condition are chosen randomly from available inventory.

Washington quarters
By blackcat on Monday, November 12, 2012
I bought a roll of Washington Quarters from Gainesville Coins to see how their quality and service was with a small order and I will say I am satisfied. The coins are average circulated condition with a few in prime shape and couple pretty worn but overall good condition. They shipped when they said they would and got to me in Colorado from Florida in 3 days. I will buy from them again plus they had the best price.

Curious about how a bank wire transaction works?

Orders totaling $2000 or more qualify for payment by bank wire. To pay by bank wire, a temporary hold of 5% of the purchase price will be placed on the debit or credit card supplied at check out (10% for international customers). Bank wire instructions will be emailed once the hold has been authorized.

Bank wires for the full amount must be initiated by the end of the next business day. Once the wire payment is received, Gainesville Coins will release the hold of the 5% authorization fee.
