Curious about how a bank wire transaction works?

To do a bank wire transaction, the order needs to be at least $2,000.
When you check out, you will need to use a debit or credit card for a 5% authorization fee (International customer will be required a 10% authorization fee by credit card). Valid credit cards are Visa, Mastercard or Discover.

Gainesville Coins is pleased to offer 2012 1 oz proof silver St. George and the Dragon coin. This coin was struck at the Perth Mint as part of the Dragons of Legend series. This series looks at five different mythologies across the world: the Red Welsh Dragon, Chinese Dragon, St. George Dragon, Bulgarian Three-Headed Dragon, and the European Green Dragon. This coin comes with box and certificate of authenticity. These are stock photos only.

St. George sits upon his valiant steed in full armor, about to slay the dragon. The two of them stand out in full color against the medieval countryside in the background.

While there are different versions of the tale of St. George and the dragon, the most common adaptation tells of a town where a dragon lives in the spring from which the people get their water. To get the dragon away long enough for them to get water they offer a sheep or a maiden. Lots are drawn to see which maiden has to be sacrificed and one day the princess is chosen. Right before the dragon is going to eat her, St. George rides up and slays it. After seeing this feat, the people of the village then convert to Christianity.
