The 2013 1 oz Austrian Philharmonic Silver Coins are .999 Fine and depict the rich culture of its country of origin. The Silver Vienna Philharmonic carries a legal tender in Austria and is known for its sleek edges. These 1 oz Austrian Philharmonics are struck from 99.9% silver and carry a denomination of 1.50 Euros.

The design features the Musikverein Concert Hall encircled by inscriptions while the reverse carries an array of musical instruments indicative of Austria's strong musical influences. The reverse carries a selection of some of the most popular string instruments used in the Vienna Orchestra. The design has proved so popular that each mintage year carries the exact same design and still maintains its value in the bullion market.

Silver Philharmonics
By PatrickBateman on Monday, December 23, 2013
These are high quality coins, as one would expect from an 800 year old mint. I'm not surprised by how popular they are, despite the fact they are really new coins. You can tell a lot of work went into them just by looking at them. Mine arrived with zero imperfections, so I'm very pleased.

good coin
By Shawn on Thursday, December 19, 2013
This is a great looking silver coin. Gainesville's service was excellent too. I'm giving this a 4 just because there were a few minor imperfections.

2013 silver philharmonic
By eurocoin on Sunday, August 11, 2013
the 2013 Silver Philharmonics are a really neat coin, especially for me. I am currently stationed over seas and have had the please of traveling to Vienna to watch the actual orchestra preform. The silver philharmonic I purchased is a great reminder of that once in a life time experience. and obliviously as an investor the low premiums are also in line with the other Silver bullion products

Curious about how a bank wire transaction works?

Orders totaling $2000 or more qualify for payment by bank wire. To pay by bank wire, a temporary hold of 5% of the purchase price will be placed on the debit or credit card supplied at check out (10% for international customers). Bank wire instructions will be emailed once the hold has been authorized.

Bank wires for the full amount must be initiated by the end of the next business day. Once the wire payment is received, Gainesville Coins will release the hold of the 5% authorization fee.
