Product Details

After World War I the United States Mint issued the Peace Dollar, symbolizing peace and liberty. In 2013 the Silver Bullet Silver Shield Freedom Girl celebrates the free world and pays homage to the original Peace Dollar. This 2013 Freedom Girl Silver Round is made of 1 troy ounce .999 fine silver. The American Open Currency Standard aided the establishment of the Mulligan Mint, which minted the 2013 Freedom Girl Silver Rounds.

This Freedom Girl design was created by contemporary artist Heidi Wastweet. The obverse side of this silver round features Freedom Girl leaning towards the future, with her wild hair and parted lips. The tattoo on Freedom Girl's shoulder is “Trivium,” this symbolizes individual freedom. The reverse side displays the Silver Shield Silver Bullets icon at its center, with inscriptions “Silver Bullet Silver Shield,” around the border. The Silver Shield Silver Bullet is inscribed with “A Conscious Solution,” above the shield and “To Collectivist Problems,” below. Each round is stamped with its purity, weight and year found on the reverse side.

Gainesville Coins celebrates freedom with the 1 oz Silver Round Freedom Girl Silver Bullet Silver Shield.

  • Graceful Design

I love the design on this coin. It is very graceful and the detail in the hair and face is superb. The image has such depth and really looks like she is staring into the distance. The only thing I don't like is the font. I think they should have chosen something more refined. Other than that I am very satisfied with my purchase and will look forward to more from SBSS in the future.

  • Beautiful

I just received the Freedom Girl coins created by Heidi Wastweet and I am impressed. These coins sell themselves. Its like Todd McFarlane art on a silver round. Gainesville coins is a nice less expensive coin seller. You will need to do bank wires to get a deal and the bank wire requires a 2000 minimum but Freedom Girl was worth its weight in Bank Wires. I hope that Heidi Wastweet continues to make fine silver products. I thank her for such a beautiful coin.
