The 2007-W Proof Gold Buffalo is minted by the West Point Branch of the US mint, weighs 1 troy oz, and is .9999 fine. Each coin is presented in the original mint presentation box which also comes with a certificate of authenticity.

The Gold Buffalo was introduced in 2006, and it brought the 1913 Buffalo Five Cent Nickel design back to life. Each year along with the Standard Bullion Gold Buffalo, a Special Proof Gold Buffalo is also struck which has a much lower mintage, and bears the W mint mark along with a mirror-like background. For 2007 the Proof Gold Buffalo only saw a mintage of 58,998 coins. We recommend that you place an order soon while supplies last.
