The 1 oz Panama City Silver Art bars were produced by South East Refining, Inc. Each bar is 1 troy ounce of .999 silver. The bars were issued in 1981. South East Refining, Inc. out of Florida no longer in business however their silver bars are still widely traded throughout the bullion industry.
The front of the bar has the words "SOUTH EAST REFINING PANAMA CITY, FL" inside an funnel shaped box. Underneath the box is the weight "1 TROY OZ." and the purity ".999 FINE SILVER." An oval shape is below that. Two vines frame the bottom portion. The back of the bar has an interlocking circle pattern.
