Buy 2013 1 oz Silver Armenia Noah’s Ark Coin - 500 Drams

The 2013 Armenian 1oz Silver Noah's Ark Coin has a face value of 500 Drams. The obverse of the coin displays the Armenian coat of arms, featuring a lion, an eagle, and a shield depicting Mount Ararat and Noah's Ark in the center. The Inscription on the obverse of the coin has, "Republic of Armenia," written in both English and Armenian, surrounding the edge of the coin, "500 Dram," also written in Armenian and English, "1 Oz Ag 999," and the LEV mint mark of the Leipziger Edelmetallverarbeitung Mint located in Germany. The reverse of the 31.1 gram coin is inscribed with "Noah's Ark," written in English and Armenian, and depicts the sun rising over Mount Ararat, the mountain that is said to be the final resting place of Noah's Ark (Genesis 7 and 8), Noah's Ark, and a dove holding an olive branch.

The Leipziger Edelmetallverarbeitung Mint, located in Southern Leipzig, Germany, is accredited by the London Bullion Market Association (LBMA) and continues to develop Leipzig into an important precious metals trading center for the world today. The mint mark of the Leipziger Edelmetallverarbeitung Mint on the 2013 edition of the Armenian 1 Euro Silver Coin is unique to the coin, as most other Republic of Armenian approved coins do not feature the mint mark of the mint where they were produced. The 2013 Silver Armenia Noah's Ark Coin is made from 0.999 fineness silver, has a diameter of 38.60 mm, a weight of 1 troy ounce, and Armenia is the country of origin, although the coin is produced in Germany.

Such Shine!
Friday, January 24, 2014
The design of this coin is so detailed and very shiny. I was actually surprised at how good it looked when I got it. It looks even better than the picture on the website! I would recommend Gainesville Coins to anyone who may not be familiar with them. I've ordered from them many times and i've never been disappointed with their service.

This coin design is incredibly unique. I would recommend it for that fact alone, but Gainesville's premium is also very low and they provide excellent customer service. I haven't found an online coin dealer with customer service or shipping as good as Gainesville's, which is what keeps me coming back time and time again. If this is your first time on the site I would definitely recommend ordering from them.

I try to diversify my collection by collecting silver bullion from various world mints and I thought this would be great. Unfortunately, mine wasn't quite mint condition when I got it in the mail. I checked it with a microscope and found a few fine scratches on the surface. Otherwise, it is a decent coin.

Surprising Quality
Wednesday, December 18, 2013
I usually stick to coins from the Perth or Canadian Mint, because I know I can rely on them to produce coins of the utmost quality, but I decided to take a chance on these because I like the design. Not only did they arrive in perfect condition, I was pleasantly surprised by their quality. As always, Gainesville delivered excellent customer service and an excellent product!

Stunning!

This Noah's Ark coin is a stunning example of story telling in coin design. There is so much detail and so many layers to the design, and yet it doesn't feel busy. The elements are all clearly inscribed with a deft hand and no one image distracts from the whole.

I like to collect some of the less common silver bullion coins and these are perfect. the design is really nice and the Gainesville had the smallest premium that i could find. They got delivered right on time and the coins dint have any visible damage on them. Thanks!
