For the savage in you! Own the fantastic 2012 Canadian Silver Cougar coin that features an aggressive cougar on the reverse. Presented by the Royal Canadian Mint, there is an undeniable demand for these .9999 fine silver coins throughout the world. Part of the “Canadian Wildlife Coin Series,” the Silver Cougar is the third coin released in the series, and is literally “striking!”
Cougars take on several personae, such as mountain lion, panther and puma, to name a few. Native to the Americas, cougars are one of the most superior wild animals in the land. They are fierce and able as the ultimate stalk-and-ambush predator.
A ferocious looking cougar is depicted on the coin's reverse with mouth wide open, exposing its abrasive teeth. “CANADA” is marked boldly across the top. The weight and purity are inscribed along the bottom and side. Artist initials “WW” are seen on the left side. On the obverse is the effigy of England's Queen Elizabeth II. Her name is presented across the top with the face value of 5 dollars and date of 2012 along the bottom.
Your coin may appear milky or spotted. It is graded MS69 by NGC and comes in a protective certified slab.
