Checkout Policies
- Shipping Timeline: Orders ship a minimum of [[SO.FulfillmentTime]] from the date payment is verified and accepted as described below. I understand this is an estimated timeframe and not a guaranteed shipping date.

Weekends, federal holidays, and any days on which Gainesville Coins offices are closed—including but not limited to the entire week of Thanksgiving, the entire week of Christmas, and the entire week of New Year’s—do not count toward the processing time.
- Commencement of Processing Time: The processing time does not begin until payment has been fully verified and accepted. Depending on your payment method, the processing time will commence as follows:
- Credit Card: Processing time begins once your payment has been verified by our internal security team.
- Check: Processing time begins once your check has cleared our [[AR.CheckClearTime]] hold period.
- Wire Transfer: Processing time begins once Gainesville Coins has acknowledged receipt of your wire transfer in writing.
- Extended Processing: Due to product availability, supplier delays, verification requirements, high order volume, market conditions, or other operational factors, shipping may take longer than [[SO.FulfillmentTime]]. I expressly waive any claims arising from shipping delays beyond the estimated timeframe.
- No Guarantee of Delivery Date: Gainesville Coins makes no warranty or guarantee, express or implied, regarding a specific shipping or delivery date. - Waiver of Claims: I waive any right to pursue legal action, chargebacks, or disputes based solely on the timing of shipment, provided my order is ultimately fulfilled or refunded.
