Stu Lockin Policies

  1. Payment Timeline: Payment for my items will be processed a minimum of [[STU.PaymentTermsRange]] from the date Gainesville Coins receives and verifies my shipment and my prices have been confirmed locked in by Gainesville Coins. I understand this is an estimated timeframe and not a guaranteed payment date.

Weekends, federal holidays, and any days on which Gainesville Coins offices are closed—including but not limited to the entire week of Thanksgiving, the entire week of Christmas, and the entire week of New Year’s—do not count toward the processing time.

Extended Processing: Due to market volatility, precious metals pricing fluctuations, verification requirements, processing volume, or other operational factors, payment may take longer than [[STU.PaymentTermsHigh]]. I expressly waive any claims arising from payment delays beyond the estimated timeframe.
  4. No Guarantee of Payment Date: Gainesville Coins makes no warranty or guarantee, express or implied, regarding a specific payment date. I agree that the [[STU.PaymentTermsRange]] estimate is provided for general planning purposes only and does not create a binding obligation to pay within that period.
  5. Waiver of Claims: I waive any right to pursue legal action, chargebacks, or disputes based solely on the timing of payment, provided payment is ultimately rendered for verified and accepted items.
  6. Incorporation of Full Terms: I acknowledge that these terms are in addition to, and do not replace, the complete Gainesville Coins Terms and Conditions available at https://www.gainesvillecoins.com/help/policies. In the event of any conflict between these terms and the full Terms and Conditions, the provision most protective of Gainesville Coins shall control.
  7. Acceptance of Terms: This agreement, together with the full Terms and Conditions, constitutes a binding contract upon submission of my sell order.
